The Duke and Duchess, no more!

In a new letter shared by StreetGames, the couple has officially dropped their title (formally known as Her Royal Highness (HRH) The Duchess of Sussex and His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton and Baron Kilkeel), for a the shorter: “Harry and Meghan.”

Although the name change is not new (we saw them sign off on their last Instagram post as “Harry & Meghan”), it is the first time we see it in their official stationery.

In the new letter posted to Twitter by StreetGames, the couple expresses their gratitude for the work they have been doing during COVID: “We wanted to write and express our heartfelt thanks to the team at StreetGames following their support delivering Hubb Community Kitchen meals throughout London.”

The famous couple goes on to say: “The impact of Covid-19 has been a scary and testing time for so many people from all walks of life, all over the world. However, it is difficult times like these that goodwill to others and community spirit prevail.”

As you may remember, StreetGames is one of the couples’ favorite charities. Back on May 29th, Prince Harry made a surprise appearance on the charity’s zoom call to personally thank the volunteers: “You’re doing such amazing work, and thank you. so much for being you and just being so kind and compassionate and caring to others” he said.
